Luxulyan Valley Chimney - Industrial Heritage

This striking print captures the dramatic presence of an old chimney stack from the historic tin‑mining works in Luxulyan Valley. Shot from below, the brick tower rises boldly into a clear blue sky, emphasising its height, strength, and the craftsmanship of a bygone industrial era. Nature now wraps around its base, with rich green foliage climbing the lower bricks, creating a beautiful contrast between human engineering and the valley’s slow, steady reclamation.

The composition blends heritage and landscape, offering a powerful reminder of Cornwall’s mining legacy while celebrating the serenity of the valley today.
